| hello all! once again it's been forever since i posted, but now i have
something to post about. FOOTBALL HAS BEGUN! i went to the OU game on
saturday with Gideon. I don't know what the hell happened, but OU will
put things together and have another good season i'm sure, TCU was a
very good team. It's part of rebuilding, it happens, yes even to OU. My
Cowboys DID win, but not an impressive victory in the least over a Div
IAA team. eeks. Things will come together over time, that's what
quarterback controversies can do (i.e. Reid/Woods and Thompson/Bomar)
Well i bet OU fans wish Tommy Grady was still around now huh? On the
bright side of things, OCS won their first game under their new coach,
congrats! peace.

| WOW, it's been almost a 1/5 of a year since i last updated my xanga.
well, since then it's been a whole lot of the same. I work at American
Eagle now for pretty much nothing. I just now made my UCO schedule, so
it's pretty safe to say that I have awful classes. I only have one
professor whose name i can say correctly on the first try. That does
not bode well for the future. Well I can say that one thing has changed
drastically since I left OSU, I am no longer a worthless peice of shit.
yay for me! I have a job, a have a class schedule that actually makes
me a full-time student again, i have a borderline acceptable sleep
schedule, and i've lost like 20lbs. bc i'm actually working out. Hot
damn. This summer has been loaded with good movies in case anyone
hasn't seen Wedding Crashers, Batman Begins, Star Wars, War of the
Worlds, Bad News Bears, Cinderella Man, etc. they are all worthwhile
endeavors. Also, I am aware that very few people will care about this
but since I am a sports whore, and i have a history of writing about
sports on xanga, here it goes. Just in case any one does'nt know about
OSU's basketball recruiting class you are about to. It has been dubbed
by several respected recruiting analysts to be the #1 recruiting class
in the nation even with the loss of committment Gerald Green who chose
to forgo his collegiate career and enter the NBA draft ( he now plays
for the Celtics, by the way.) The class consists of five of the
nation's top 75 players, including 3 in the top 26. Also joining the
best high school contingent to ever commit to the Cowboys are 3 Junior
College All-Americans. Here is a breakdown of the class.
____High School Committments______________________________
PG- Byron Eaton- 5'11 210 Dallas, TX (Lincoln HS) Rated the number 3
point guard in the nation by Rivals.com, participated in the McDonalds
All-American game which recognizes the top 20 players in the nation.
SG- Terrel Harris- 6'4 175 Garland, TX (South Garland) Rated the
#21 shooting guard in the nation, and #64 player overall. Named the 2nd
best Senior at the prestigious Academy National Tournament.
SF- Roderick Flemings- 6'5 190 DeSoto, TX (Desoto) Rated the number 6
small forward in the nation, and the #26 player overall. He came
practically out of nowhere this year and was named the MVP of the
prestigious NBA Players Association Camp, and also MVP of the Faith7
basketball game which is between the Texas and Oklahoma all-stars.
PF- Keith Brumbaugh- 6'8 210 Deland, FL (Deland) Rated the #5 power
forward in the nation, and # 14 overall. Was named Mr. Basketball in
the state of Florida. Chose OSU after he had declared himself eligible
for the NBA Draft, but he did not hire an agent and dropped his name
out of consideration a week before the draft. He should start for OSU
this fall.
C- Kenneth Cooper- 6'10 245 Monroe, LA (Richwood) rated the #5
Center in the nation and the #72 player overall. Might have the most
upside of any of OSU's signees due to the fact that he is just 17 years
old.
____JUCO Commitments____________________________________
C/PF- Mario Boggan- 6'8 250 Chipola, FL (Chipola JC) HM JUCO
All-American, started his collegiate career at Florida before
transferring to Junior College. Averaged 20 pts. and 9 boards a
game for Chipola. led his team to a 33-4 record. Could start immediatly
for the Pokes.
SF- Torre Johnson- 6'7 210 Milwaukee, WI (Garden City CC) Was named 1st
team JUCO All-American. He averaged 21.7 pts. and 8.7 rebounds while
leading Garden City to a 23-10 record. He is now the all-time leading
scorer at Garden City, he should become an instant starter.
PG- Jamaal Brown- 6'0 185 Chicago, IL (College of Southern Idaho) Brown
originally signed with OSU out of high school, but was forced to go the
JUCO route. HE was named HM JUCO All-American this past year, and
resigned with the Cowboys over Missouri and Gonzaga. He is a great
defender and will most likely come off the bench for the Pokes.

| summer. it's good to see all the old friends again, but it's been really hard to bid farewell to Stillwater, even if it's just for a year. | | |
| im done with school for the year, now im unfortunately on to UCO for a year bc i screwed up my grades......damn.......i shouldn't have camped out for all those games. | | |
| why hello all. it has been a lomg absence for me in the world of xanga, but i have returned! although currently i have very little on my mind. my 20th birthday is this thursday how crazy is that? no longer confined by the grasp of teendom, however, im going to miss it because now im expected to do something productive with my life. im ok with being uninspiring and subpar. it's part of my charm. oh well. well, on another note, basketball is over and now i must fill my sports fix with cowboy and redsox baseball, not to shabby. have a great day and a pleasant tommorow, much love. stewy. | | |
